Our vision is to seamlessly integrate the historical charm of Palace Potocki with modern functionality, creating an inviting space that celebrates cultural diversity and encourages exploration. Drawing from the Museums Quartier concept, we envision a place where art, entertainment, and leisure intersect, offering visitors a unique and immersive experience.

The complex will feature a culinary hub comprising a restaurant, cafe, and rooftop bar. Each venue will offer a distinct atmosphere and culinary delights, providing visitors with a range of dining experiences amidst the historic surroundings.

Entertainment Zone:An entertainment zone will cater to various interests, including a dancing space, parkour area, cinema, and theater. These spaces will serve as vibrant hubs for artistic expression, cultural events, and recreational activities.Family-Friendly Spaces:Recognizing the importance of family-friendly amenities, the project will incorporate modern playgrounds and dedicated areas for children. These spaces will encourage families to explore and enjoy the complex together, fostering a sense of inclusivity and belonging.

4. Connective Elements:A key architectural feature of the project is the integration of open and semi-open corridors at various heights, connecting buildings within the complex. These corridors will serve as dynamic passageways, offering glimpses of the surrounding landscape and fostering a sense of continuity and connectivity. The functionality of the building heritage will be presented in a form of exibition inside the passages.5. Rooftop Integration:Certain buildings within the complex will feature connected open rooftops, providing additional space for cafes and recreational activities. These elevated areas will offer panoramic views of the cityscape, creating opportunities for relaxation and social interaction amidst the historic architecture.

6. Public Spaces:A central focus of the project is the creation of a welcoming public space that invites visitors to pause, relax, and engage with their surroundings. Strategically placed seating areas, lush greenery, and art installations will enhance the ambiance, encouraging social interaction and community engagement.7. Adaptive Reuse:In line with the architectural competition's requirements, the project will repurpose the six historical buildings within the complex to accommodate various functions. This includes an art hub, flexible spaces for businesses, and other innovative uses that complement the project's overarching vision.

The energy concept is also crucial for the Palace Quarter development. The photovoltaic panels which cover the southern rooftops are a great source of energy consumption for such an area. The aim is to create the new micro climate with the help of green areas, water ponds and mist - urban cooling elements. The last ones can also be simply adjusted and serve as working tables for workshops and events.

The Restoration and Adaptation of Palace Potocki project represents a harmonious blend of history, culture, and modernity. By leveraging the architectural significance of the site, we aim to create a vibrant and inclusive space that celebrates the past while embracing the future.

This endeavor not only revitalizes a historic landmark but also establishes Palace Potocki as a cultural centerpiece that fosters creativity, connectivity, and community engagement.
